Clubhouse

Newcastle United Golf Club’s clubhouse is home to a welcoming bar/lounge which is perfect to recount the tales of your round, relax and watch Sky Sports on the big screens, and be among likeminded golfers.

The team, led by Bar Manager Mandy Jaques, offer a warm welcome to members and visitors alike.

The open-plan lounge tells just a small part of the great history of the golf club, with the honours boards recording mora then a century of champions, while the lobby showcases some of the incredibly talented golfers who have called the club home – from the great James Douglas Edgar, winner of the French Open in 1914 – to later county champions, England internationals and title-winning teams which have represented the club with distinction.

Other facilities in the clubhouse include a dining room overlooking the putting green, a snooker table, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and changing facilities. There’s also an extensive car park.
